Our support services in the customer service market focus on our information network, access control systems and on the provision of a wide range of customer support services, including installation and maintenance of TK security equipment and business solution equipment. We currently cover all equipment information for 10,290 customers throughout Japan. As a "technical trading company," we provide various services through our nationwide information network in collaboration with cooperating companies so that our customers can maximize their use of TK products with ease.

We now see growing corporate demand for the outsourcing of systems operation and maintenance in order to achieve professional services without fixed expenses. Our professional services include the NOC service that monitors customers' networks 24 hours a day, the SOC service that monitors network security against unauthorized accesses to a network, and the MSR consulting service for the security of retail customers. TK is helping customers reduce their systems operation and management costs, thus reducing risk while ensuring a high level of operating safety.
